Nikon DSLR Camera Training Workshop
Have you struggled to make sense of the camera’s manual? Have you managed to get some good results but know this has been more to do with luck than judgement (or very clever Auto settings)?
If this description fits or if you are someone who has recently upgraded to one of the “all singing and dancing” models in the Nikon DSLR range, then this workshop has been designed for you. We take all aspects of camera operation and break it down to an easy to understand level, building up your knowledge of the major controls and settings through a step-by-step approach.
The workshop will uncover the secrets of successful AF control and ensure you know the right strategies to employ when photographing things that move or don’t move. We’ll look at exposure metering modes, ISO choice and image quality settings and show how you can improve the quality and accuracy of your results using Picture Controls and White Balance effectively.
Using practical exercises wherever possible, we will look in detail at Shooting Modes and discuss when it is appropriate to use the various Scene Modes or go fully Manual.
The very broad and comprehensive content of this workshop is delivered at a comfortable but intensive pace. Interaction is the key; we try and answer your specific questions and deal with individual issues where we can. This is made easier by keeping the group size to no more than 15 people. Our aim is for you to leave knowing the DSLR essentials that will improve your results!
This is a full day workshop, we start promptly at 09:00 and finish around 18:00.
